We Offer a "Continuum of Care"
SALMON Health and Retirement’s senior living and healthcare options address older adults at different stages of their lives, from when they’re completely independent to meeting the needs they may require as they age. That results in a continuum of care.
Our range of services includes retirement communities for active adults, assisted living residences, specialized assisted living with memory care, rehabilitation and skilled nursing centers, home and hospice care.
Salmon Family Values
The inspiration to deliver a healthier, richer life for those we serve runs three generations deep in our family and is something we believe our entire team strives for every day. That’s because founder Helen Salmon, a nurse who instilled compassion and responsibility, set our standard when she said we needed to serve others “just like family.”
Following Helen’s lead, people on the SALMON team have a habit of pitching in, working together to create the best experience for those we serve, and each other.

A History of Service
We have remained family owned and operated since our founding in 1952 by Helen and Daniel Salmon, Sr. When their son Danny, Jr., and his wife Dorothy took the reins in the 1960s, they began building and expanding the scope of services. Today, third-generation family members Matt and Andrew Salmon are actively involved in the daily operations of the organization’s campuses.
Throughout the years, the Salmons have brought an unwavering commitment to excellence and a genuine concern and respect for each individual.
